This is Iowa's Ready by 21 Program Landscape Mapping Survey.

During 2006, High/Scope worked with the Forum to provide training and technical assistance to several state and regional networks which are building quality improvement and accountability systems.  Any of these communities are part of the Forum for Youth Investment's Ready by 21TM state and local policy network.

In Maryland, there are many agencies, organizations, task forces and coalitions focused on various pieces of the puzzle needed to ensure that all youth are ready for adulthood. While aiming for similar ultimate goals, these groups are often working in parallel and occasionally at cross purposes due to funding streams and grant restrictions.

As a part of the Ready by 21 national partnership agreement between the Forum and the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Forum agrees to support state legislators as they work to implement a Ready by 21 approach in their states.

The Results Accountability Guide presents a practical how to guide for government and non-profit accountability.  And it addresses the link between program accountability and community or population-level accountability.  Many of these ideas can be easily implemented.  The Results Accountability Guide provides a nice compliment to the Forum's Ready by 21 framework as planners begin to drill dow

These Legislative Budget Board (LBB) summary reports, Budget and Performance Assessments of State Agencies and Institutions, are designed to address the Legislature’s need for useful and timely Texas government budget and performance information.

Program Indicators by Department is a list of indicators used for the state budget. It includes indicators used in all the departments and some subdepartments including Children's Behavioral Services, Juvenile Correctional Services, Child Welfare and Family Health.
