Systems Building Challenges for Afterschool Initiatives: Developing Common Measures of Quality

On February 19, Nicole Yohalem joined Hillary Salmons from the Providence AfterSchool Alliance and Lucy Friedman from TASC as panelists on a webinar hosted by the Child Care Bureau, DHHS and the Finance Project, as part of the Afterschool Investments Project. Nicole discussed the relationship between outcomes and quality and described characteristics of quality improvement systems.
